MTD Kingston Basses

I've looked online and on the Dana B. Goods website for an answer to this:

Are the MTD Kingston Basses (specifically the Heir) made in Korea or China?

Which country is better for bass manufacturing quality?

I believe the Kingston Heir Series are made in China, although it could be Korea. The KZ's are made in Indonesia.

To be honest, every kingston I've played has been phenomenal. The quality control on their basses is outstanding in my experience in terms of setup right out of the box. I've tried both the Chinese made and Korean made basses and have found that quality from both is top notch, with no real noticeable difference in workmanship. As for where the heir is made, I think it's made in Korea.

Oh, and i have a KZ 5 for sale, probably at a better then Heir price....
