MTD Kingston Saratoga 5 & CRB 5

Hi, Im interested in these 2 basses, ive seen the video clip on the CRB 5 But the Saratoga only showed the 4 string no 5 video clip. does anyone own one of these or have 1st hand knowledge playing these, mainly the Saratoga 5, I play Laklands & Fenders normally but was impressed by these 2 basses. Are you talking about the newer model Saratoga, or the old model Saratoga?

I played the new Saratoga and CRB at Bass Central nine days ago. As always, I really liked the profile of the MTD necks, but these basses really felt kind of cheap to me. The Saratoga had weak pickups, IMO, but the CRB sounded decent. The CRB is good for a cheap wide spaced P5, but you can do better than the Saratoga.

The old model Saratoga is a crazy nice bass, but I'm with you, the new one is not good at all. I was really disappointed.
