$599 SHIPPED CONUS TONIGHT 4/3 ONLY!

MTD Kingston Z5 in good overall condition, I'd call it a B+.

Small cosmetic defects, mostly the black plastic truss cover has bends from being pried off. The hardware has a nice patina, but that isn't everyone's thing. A small chip on the very tip of the headstock and a very small ding on the lower edge of the body. the wooden pickup covers also exhibit some wear where the thumb rests, mostly on the neck pickup. I will get more pics up tonight!

The frets have plenty of life left, and I have smoothed them down with a Fret Guru tool to do away with some buzzing at low action.

It's a 35" scale and has a MASSIVE low B. It rivals my Cirrus!

It's an excellent sounding and playing bass at this price. Great Value! Selling for $675 local or add shipping cost. I can include nice soft case for +$50 (recommended if shipping), or a Gator hard case for +$100.

What about the cirrus?
hah! You don't want that thing, man. I got it in pretty nasty condition from someone who didn't know a thing about basses. I sanded off all the original finish and tung oiled it, leveled the frets, cleaned all the hardware, and gave it a setup. Now it plays buttery smooth and sounds great, but if you look closely you can tell it was the work of a total amateur.

I doubt this lasts long at this price. If I didn't spend waaaaaay too much money this quarter I would have bought this in a heartbeat.

Believe me, I really want to keep it. But I keep buying things at a time where I really need to be saving money, so one in, one out.

That's pretty much the same story of my Kingston Z6, hahah.

Hey how goes? Is the volume pot push/pull for active/passive operation?

You know, I never tried that. I don't think so, but I'm happy to try and see when I'm home.

Thanks! I saw a mention on a review, but have no idea if it's true since I didn't see it mentioned elsewhere.

Yeah, can't imagine this won't move pretty quickly. Great for modern Praise and Worship music. GLWTS.
