Hey all!
Up for grabs is this new to me Muckelroy HMC5 Pro Player. These basses are Brady's more cost friendly model, but still completely hand made by him in his shop in Texas. They're just offered as a neck through with limited choices on woods and options.
This one is a 33" scale with beautiful mahogany wings, 3 piece maple neck with a curly maple center. Alder tone block. Aguilar DCB pickups with an Aguilar OBP3 preamp. The only issue I've noticed with the bass is a ding on the side/bottom near the input jack.
This bass was owned previously by TBer @77stingray who didn't have the bass very long before sending it my way.
I recently received this bass in a trade, and 5 strings don't really do it for me.
Skip the 4 month wait and get a deal on a sweet bass.
I'm not particularly interested in trades at this time. Unless you have a medium scale Muckelroy with tight string spacing. I'm guessing the odds on that are pretty long. I'll split the actual shipping with the buyer. Fully insured.
