Sorry if this is a FAQ. I did a search but didn't find the answer.
When a bass has two MM pickups, it looks like the rear pickup is usually farther toward the bridge than it would be if there was only one pickup. Is this correct?
If this is the case, why do people do this? It looks like there's plenty of room between the pickup and the neck to stick another pickup in there.
