Asking price for either is $1,925, buyer pays shipping and insurance for the bass shipped in a generic hard case. I prefer to not ship outside of US / Canada. Just not into the whole Customs thing. Local pickup gets priority and lower price, especially if case not needed.
My ONLY reasons for selling either is that I think I have too many basses, I have two natural finished MM basses (Stingray in the picture is NOT for sale) and 3 sunburst basses (two are Fender), so selling one of these makes things a little more orderly. Keeping both will still be a lot more fun though.
They say pictures are worth a thousand words, so I'll shut up and get on with it.First up is a sunburst beauty, having been repaired, refinished, and refretted by Pat Wilkinson a couple years ago. To be TOTALLY HONEST this is the one I would prefer to sell, mainly because the other has the thin neck option and a custom pickguard.
9 pounds of funk generating goodness.
Next up is a 1980 ash beast with 1-1/2" neck, brass nut, custom pickguard from Pickguardheaven. The pickup covers are a bit beat up but fully funk-tional.
No photos of this one with neck off. I have the neck off photos of the sunburst because I sent it to Pat Wilkinson disassembled and received it back disassembled. I did disassemble it when I got it but can't find those photos. If I find them, I'll add them to the thread. If a considering buyer would like to have me disassemble it for date stamp photos I can do that via pm request
