I think both models sound great. I would have a hard time saying which one I like better, because they both sound really good. Are you able to describe what you like better about the Caprice?

I’m just more of a passive tone kinda guy. And I prefer the simple controls. But I do really like the Sterling. If I could convince my wife I need 2 $1400 + guitars I would keep it lol

I get ya. Especially not knowing what else is in your stable of basses. I have passive covered with a Gibson EB, but I think I might just build a Warmoth P sometime just to have one. But I want a very specific kind haha. Never played the Caprice, but I bet it's fantastic. GLWTS.

How much I wish for sterlings to be in Israel, we only have Stingrays. I'd really like to try one someday
