Well, people could list every song by an artist/band with a deep catalog, and this thread would be boring and pointless. Killed By Death was exiled, so we can't ask him, but I took it that the mission statement was to keep it fresh, maybe throw in some surprises, and not post the same old same old. Variety being the spice of life and all that. Just sayin'…

is that legit to list the same artist in a row?

The only "requirement" is that the next play contains a word that appears in the previous post so going by that, it's OK to use the same artist. What others do for the following post is up to them. While it's concievable that it could result in several posts of songs by the same artist, I've never seen it happen. For those unfamiliar with the artist it would be fresh so I see no harm in it.
