Musician on a budget

Hey guys, anyone know of a good quality amp maker? Im need a low wattage amp or amp head, like 30 or under, and hoping for $400 or under, $600 is my max. Please help me out!

There's a link in this thread to a very good Genz Benz combo which will soon be gone. 400 bucks delivered for a 300w combo, 500w with extension cab. Great design and people are raving about the sound and quality. I would jump on it if you can. Both 115 and 210 versions available.
