Musician's Friend Question....

When I received packages, I thought I used to receive a copy of my invoice or receipt....now it seems all I receive is a return sticker...has anyone else noticed that?

This sucks because I have always kept paper recipts with my files for various purposes...

I'm thinking that when you place the order, there's a page after you hit the Complete Transaction button that you can print and save for your records. In fact, I'd be surprised if the page didn't actually include the instructions to print and save.

I have had that happen to me a few times. I had to bring a guitar I got in to a Fender service center for repair and they wanted to see the sales receipt. I showed them the packing list but they wanted a sales receipt. So I went home and printed the one I saved in my e mail and they said that wasn't good because it was a text document and I could have altered it. I contacted MF and they mailed me one. It just added about a week to the repair job. Not good, If I get something from them now and it comes with just a packing slip I call them and have them mail me a real receipt.
