On their production models...no, not really. A common comparison made is that a Stingray neck is similar to a P bass and a Sterling neck is similar to a Jazz bass. You can pick maple or rosewood boards. The neck is always maple.
Fret buzz and action has to do with the setup. I've got no buzz on any of mine, and they all have low action.
The sales guy said I could order a Sterling neck for a stingray bass .Do you know if you can order neck shape for example C shape or D shape? We couldn't find any information on this option .
