I was wondering if anyone could offer a little bit of familiarity with the MXR A/B Box. I'm not really wondering if it works, but only if it pops when you turn off and on channels (or any other technical difficulties). And if there is a problem, what would be a better alternative?

MXR A/B Box

I don't have one but am thinking about it. I also would like to know if it works in both directions Morley and Fender promote there A/B boxes to do this specifically. One instrument into 2 amps or 2 instruments into one amp. But everything I have read about the MXR just says 1 instrument into 2 amps can I turn this pedal around? the fact it says "Output A" and "Output B" does not make me feel comfortable either because I want to use those as inputs.
