Hello, guys! First of all I want to say that I had a great time reading the Compressor Mega Thread (that is pinned), but, since I couldn't find anything about the pedal above (nor in the search), I've decided to open my own topic.
As soon as I started researching to buy my first pedal, I've decided it was a good idea to buy a compressor. I had a good opportunity and bought the MXR M102 DynaComp Compressor (image above).
Now, a year after my pedal journey begun, I know it is far from ideal. Anyway, since I can't afford to buy another compressor atm, I would love to know:
- Does any of you use/used this pedal with your bass? How do you feel about it?
- If you use this pedal, could you share which settings you use and the rationale behind it?
