my Epiphone Thunderbird mod

Well I did it. It took all day but I got it with some help. When I touch the switch and flick it there is a little popping but it works as I want it to otherwise.

No problem. I seem to have made one mistake though. The switchcraft switch should have this wiring. IDK why i just clicked now.

This is how the switch should be wired. That's possibly why you have a popping sound when you flick the switch.

My 'Bird started life as a Pro IV somewhere in Florida. I think it was a factory second, but I'm yet to find issues other than a couple chips in the finish that the original owner may have put there. I did the strap button relocate to the heel of the neck, but beyond that, it now has Lace Alumatone pickups, no preamp, and the neck is fretless, with walnut inlays where the frets were. It doesn't look a whole lot different from any other 'Bird, aside from being fretless. It sounds good and different.
