my first video, feedback please

hey guys...I'm not around much but I thought I'd post and get some feedback

i just got a new computer and it has a webcam so I went to work...here's just the first test...it's not completely improv but most of it is (I had written some of the parts prior)..there are some mistakes and sometimes the sound cuts out a bit but you get the overall picture



once again...this is not a polished 'song'

The web cam works pretty good. I didn't see any delay in video or hear any delay in the sound.
