My future bass

Hey guys i was just thinking about getting one of these two basses.
Link Removed or Link Removed i personally like the look of the SJB better then the SPJ but obviously, looks aren't everything. I leaning towards the SJB because it got a little bit better reviews but i know talkbass is a more reliable source then just random people on the internet :p so please look at the basses and help me out with my decision
(Note: this will only be my second bass but i really want a new one b/c the one i have is more of a starter bass then anything plus both the other ones have more sound control.)

Ask yourself a couple of questions. Do you like the P-bass shape or the J-bass shape? The P-J bass is going to sound more like a P-bass than a J-bass. Do you prefer a P-bass sound or a J-bass sound? You will be fine with either one. You might end up removing the covers on the J-bass if they get in the way of your playing style so you could save some $ by buying one of the SX models that doesn't have the covers.

I'm guessing the P-J is going to be a bit noisier than the J because you won't have the humbucking effect of both J pickups turned up full.

Whichever one you decide on, the SX is a roadworthy bass that is much better than its price would suggest.
