My jazz improvisation needs work. Help!

Can anyone recommend any good online sources I can go to for lessons on playing solos on an electric bass. I have a four string.

Lessons, which these days now go for $50 and up is a rare commodity and somewhat of a luxury item for me, so I am forced to used educational videos (actual or online) to supplement my education.

I have found some good stuff on YouTube. Any links or recommendations will be welcomed.

Again, I play jazz.

There are threads on this type of thing down in the "General Instruction" area of the forum ( http://www.talkbass.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=22 ). It's a good place to ask specific questions, too...
