My Jazz special b4 and after... now a new problem

First I admit Im very moody today, so maybe, Im just out of proportion...
He did a good job on the neck but when I play the A and D strings from the 11th mark and higher the bridge pick up (?) Is loud as hell.
Im so upset, as I sent my husband to pick it up, bc cant go and check it myself, and I literaly burst into tears.
Can I fix this issue myself?
Another thing I would like to ask: Is the volume difference between the jazz special and ibanez sr800 that great? Or something is wrong with my ibanez electronic ( put the amp almost to max with the ibanez, when the jazz special is only 9 oclock)

Have you checked your pickup heights? Maybe get them down a little bit, or if one side is a lot closer than the other, level things out a smidge? adjust to taste.

Thank you. Its night here, and through the vox amplug it sounds ok
I just dont get it. I checked the bass and my children put their hands up, covering their ears, not bc of my bad playing, but bc the notes on the A string from the 11 fret up were just like 3 times louder.
Will check it tomorrow again.
Will be happy to hear if anyone has domething to tell me about the Fender jazz special vs ibanez sr800 unbeliveble differnces in volume.
