I ordered this custom case to fit both my SVT and V4, well actually my main squeeze ordered it for me for Valentines, which was very nice.
Anyways it comes in today and a wheel is already busted off... and it's pretty flimsy for being able to hold a 60 lb., or even worse, a 90 lb. head...
I'd like to just return it and get a refund, and get something from someone else that's built better but since I made a custom order there are no returns on customs... on the other hand, its damaged... and it's not really an ATA case as advertised, in my opinion.
Any thoughts on how I should handle this. I mean I am thinking if it can't make it to me via UPS empty how the hell is it going to make it with a tube head inside it?
