My new Effects Processor

Steve Lawson uses an MPX G2. I also do. They work absolutely fantastic with bass. There really isn't another unit on the market that does what the G2 does. It is a shame that they aren't made any more.

Congratulations on a great acquisition. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine.

BTW, verify that it has the most current revision of firmware in it. If it doesn't, Lexicon will send you an updated ROM for free.

I'm looking for a new Multi-Fx and right now I'm looking at two machines - the MPX G2 and the Eventide Eclipse.

I can get the MPX G2 and the board that comes along for about half the price of a Eclipse - what do you think ??

Is it true that the Octaver in the G2 goes the open A and how fast does it track ???
