The song is "gyuunyuu no me" by deadball p.

Just did a little more digging and it seems deadball p is the guy who wrote the song but it's performed by Hatsune Miku which is a virtual performer produced by Yamaha's Vocaloid2 program.

Forget the name but he's in some scary fusion band thats pretty famous. But..youtube just brings out the "uniqueness" in folks I guess.
