The bass is so solid. Awesome Nordstrand Pickups, great EQs, a super smooth 15 piece Neck, gold hardware, Panga Panga fretboard! So sick! It sounds absolutely amazing and plays excellently.

Beautiful bass. I love to top, and this is from someone who generally hates bursts. The 15pc neck is a thing of beauty. If I had it, it would spend half it's time in the stand backwards, just so I could look at it.

I sold off 3 other basses and gave my cheaper Gio Ibanez to a younger cousin
I'm about to list 15 instruments in the hope they'll sell before I move, so I don't need to move them. I have 3 other older Ibanezes on my 'want to buy list', and now I have a 4th. If there was a 6, I'd be all over it like a rash.
I upgraded from a 905 to a 2605 and absolutely love it! The tone is amazing! Some fun features of boutique basses, too. I think it might be a gateway to the next level though, I'm finding myself looking more at MTD, Mayones and other custom basses...not good for my wallet!
