I hope you guys like the better pictures. And for those of you thinking you can use the dremel router bits to do this It was way harder then I thought. It took 4 or 5 hours but It was worth it.

Sweet, now do the Kitty mod to it (you set up a three way LEs Paul switch and concentric knobs for each pickups tone and volume controls).

I routed a poplar body pretty quick, but alder may be tougher. We'll see as soon as my pickguard arrives.

I think alder Is harder to work on then poplar. I bought the 1/8th dremel bit thinking I would be able to control it easier. I think The 1/4 router bit would be way easier.

That's when a good set of chisels comes in handy. I can do stuff like that in far less time because there's almost no setup.

I love the new pics. You did a great job on that bass.
