and its so comfy if you have them somewhat high! i use the tail as a elbow rest, that was one of the main reasons i wanted that design, it looked so comfy to have your arm like that.
I love it, congrats man!! I got Hammered when I posted my Hammer Scarab bass. I don't understand why but so many people hate pointy basses. Must be something from their childhood
I don't get the lack of love for Explorer shaped basses. I reckon the guitars look great and many of the basses do too. JE was the one who got me interested in bass, and I'd love to buy or commision a similar Exploiter shaped bass as my personal tribute to him as the Alembic was the first bass I recall ever seeing a pic of him playing. And I wouldn't give a flying [insert expletive here] what anyone else thought of it.
As you probaly guess, this one is inspired by Entwistles basses to, the body from the spyder and the Inlays from the buzzard, also both pickups are wired in split. like the P/P setup he used.
