I changed it couple of days ago and, and now I have 2 avatars. Seems pretty much 50/50 too. Half the thread I post in have the new one, half have the old one. Any ideas what's up?

Have you tried clearing your cache? Odds are it's a caching issue, either on your side, or TB's.

See if the same issue still happens in private or incognito mode for your browser.
