NAD.. did I already kill it?

You could view it as a learning opportunity.

“Can I touch this electrical component inside the amp?”

*ZAAAAP*

“Whew. No, no I can not...”

OP - for your $1, you got some control knobs (you could put on a bass perhaps), a speaker (which probably is on its last legs and all dried out), a large wooden box (which can be used for things, such as converting it in to a display case (remove the speaker and grill, and relocate the grill to the back of the amp but still facing forwards, creating a large display area in front. Add some led lights on the top for a bonus effect. Disconnect the power switch to the amp and wire it to just turn the lights on for an extra cool vibe.).

The last small amp I had, I put next to my bedside as a makeshift nightstand.

Pretty sure it’s more like wood adjacent

You'll never make the "Yes, That's My Dinky Amp Onstage And Proud Of It" Club that way!

I played a SMALL bar one time, and had my Genz Benz Shuttle 3.08t combo amp. I propped it up on a 4 ohm 2x12 cab, but was using the single 8” speaker of the “combo”. That worked fine while tuning up - when we hit the first note of our sound check there was zero bass to be heard. (It was a LOUD band, why did I think they would turn their volume down since the bar could only hold 50 people?!) I quickly unplugged the 8” speaker, plugged in the 2x12 cab, and was right back in the mix.

As a guitarist, I did some sessions with a Lunchbox amp on top of a 4x12, but not plugged in to it. After the session the other guitarist mentioned the 4x12 sounding good - that’s when I told him I had only used the amp’s 6” speaker.

Last one - played a festival gig on guitar with 8 piece band. Used a 15 watt solid state amp with a single 8” speaker! Well, with a microphone stuck in front of it and we had 4 on stage monitors, each with their own mix - so I just said “more of my guitar in my monitor” or anyone I couldn’t hear. So - kinda cheating, but the other guitarist brought his 100 watt tube Marshall head and 4x12. He was mic’d but the sound guy effectively turned his mic off in monitors and FOH. He was just too loud.

And here’s a pic of the board. Anything worth salvaging here? You can’t see it in the pic, but there’s a fuse in the corner that looks toast. I’d assume that’s what went, but... without the speaker, I have little interest in making this work.
