NAD: Gallien-Krueger MB Fusion 800

Hey guys,

Recently, I was finally able to take the plunge and buy my first ever Gallien-Krueger head. I've been GAS-ing for one for a long time and thankfully a fellow TBer was selling his Fusion. After a few messages back and forth we made a deal. It arrived a few days ago, but I didn't get the chance to unbox it and test it out until today.

Long story short, I love it. The tube preamp adds a lot of nice, thickness with my passive basses and I can use the Contour to dial in a more modern, Tool-inspired sound for my current project. Pics are below and I'll add some videos as soon as I get them on to YouTube :bassist:

I have only had one issue in the two hours I was testing it. The red mute light stopped working, the switch works, but the red light pictured above no longer lights up. Nonetheless, I can't wait to bring it to my next rehearsal and use it as my main head for whatever projects come my way.
