I just picked up a new hartke HD500 1x12 combo amp the other day for practicing and it sounded great at rehearsal.
I'm debating on whether I should bring it back and trade it in for the 2x10 combo instead because I think that I would be able to bring that amp to small venues so I don't have to haul my full rig.
A bit of an old thread here, but I got this same amp a few months back both for home and gig use and a really liking it. Smaller-sized, but plenty of power; simple but very useful controls, punchy, deep, rich... like a good bass amp should be. Quite happy with it.
