NAD! Mesa content

I did it. I FINALLY joined the Mesa owners club after playing for 26 years. There have been a fair number of Peavey amps, and my Eden WT400 has served me well for the past 15 years. But ever since the TT-800 came out, I wanted one. The selectable Subway/Boogie preamps were a great idea.

I havent had a chance to really crank up the volume (time, other people in the house, and I forgot to get another Speakon cable...) but so far it's great. I'm sure I'll like it even more once I really get to dive into the manual and tweak the controls.

Now I want a Mesa subway 410. Or maybe a Subway 212. Or maybe a Powerhouse 610....

Oh man congrats brother !!!! I love my Mesa and SWR amps. I've always wanted to try that one. @Thundar , and I both own the SWR 610 and a Mesa through that with a Cirrus driving at the helm is the tone of God.

I saw a M9/Powerhouse 610 package on Reverb. So. Much. Awesome.
It was local pickup only, and nowhere near me.

Dude, my M6 has NEVER been past 4 on the master volume, so I can only imagine an M9.
The Subway looks amazing, though. I am NOT a fan of class D amps but I've heard the Subway hits it out of the park. Duh, it's Mesa...the Ferrari of amps.

@AudioTaper that TT800 will make you feel like you're hearing your eden cabs for the first time all over again when you get it dialed in. The Mesa Subway line is really something special. I'm running USA Millennium's > subway D800+ > 3x12 Genz cabs. I can honestly say I've never sounded better. Gratuitous gear pic below.

Sweet. You will never regret purchasing a Mesa. If anything ever fails @agedhorse will drive a chicken and waffles food truck to your house so you can have a tasty snack while it gets fixed. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Haha, cabs are staying. I cant really get anything else for space and $ reasons. Besides, you would take turns smacking me across the room if you knew what kind of deal I got on them.

I bought the amp without ever playing one. I should probably take it to a Mesa dealer and see which cabinets I like. When it's time to get one.

It would be a bit of a drive, but chicken and waffles would be great. Or I could go to him, then catch some shows while I'm out there.

I know he knows what I did to my Eden, I feel like I should promise to not open the TT-800....
