i know, you've all seen plenty of Ampegs, but i had to share with somebody. a new to me, V-4B reissue. needed a backup amp and at half the weight of the SVT, this may become my #1.

My V4B ended up being the first choice because of weight, too. They did an amazing job with the reissue.
i never thought it would be a bad amp, but i thought, "only 100 watts? i know 300 is obscene, but only 100? it will never compete with the svt!" i'm not going to say better, but it competes just fine. plenty of volume, half the weight. i won't give up the svt, but i'll give my back a break for now. looks great too!
