Good Day all,
New guy here.
I have a Nady system that WLT transmitter. The input impedance is not compatible with pickups.
I first tested direct from the bass into the transmitter. tone was NOT good, to say the least.
I ran the bass into a Fishman Pro-Eq Platinum bass(unbalanced output Z of 1K ohms) and into the WLT transmitter. Works just fine.
So, this is an impedance problem. Anyone have a "hack" to change the input z of the WLT? Or schematics of the transmitter.
I opened the unit and the PCB is labeled WLT/WGT. This leads me to believe that the boards are the same with just value changes between the two units. And I'm guessing that the changes could be made to the front end audio preamp.
Thanks very much,
Jeff
