NBD.....Carvin AC50 Fretless

Wow! Looks just like mine even down to the binding and Tweed hardcase!
Is it the shiznit or what? By far the lightest weight bass I ever played. And for a great experiment try stuffing some foam under the strings down near the bridge and going for an upright sound!
Another great thing about the AC50 is it doesn't feed back like crazy in loud settings like ABGs do.
Only thing is mine is fretless. And that means I"m looking for one just like yours so I can have a nice matched fretted-fretless pair. Oh WAIT! Yours is lined fretless too! Crap! <runs off to see if my AC50 is still in the bass room...> The big problem with my lined fretless is that dots are in the fretted positions but since fretlines are easily visible from the side of the neck it's not a big deal. Also as I just proved above, one of the reasons I like unlined better is when I play my AC50 almost everyone thinks it's a fretted bass.

I have the fretless 4 string version of that. It is about to come out of hibernation for worship at church soon as well as a semi acoustic project soon. Sounds good with Fender Tapes.
