NBD: Classic 50's precision

Great Bass! I love my 50's Precision. I had GHS flats on it and they were pretty good. I changed them out to D'Addario half rounds and they improved the tone even more.
I love the fat neck and small frets.

I am a big fan of the Thomastik JF344's, but they are very light tension. Its not the kind of string you can really dig into. Great in the studio though. I have become a really big believer in D'Addario Chromes recently however. Once they break in, they are one of the more balanced sounding flatwounds out there. Really nice mid range, and they sit really nicely in the mix. The Medium Gauge(50-105) would probably suit that bass perfectly.

Congrats on a Great all around instrument!

I still have my 09' and cant put it down. Put in SPB II's this Spring. I prefer it with Fender ML Flats. Sweet Bliss!
