I've been waiting 6 months for this thing, and it cost a goddam grip of cash.
Made by Chuck Lee, who is a very well known builder in Texas.
It's a 5 string.
And it's a banjo.
Which is my primary instrument.
Cherry wood neck, with antique cherry finish, and flamed maple pot with black finish (the round part). and custom inlay, of my choosing, of paua abalone.
These pics are from a photographer that visited him to write an article about him. So, it may up in the magazine "Garden and Gun" (which sounds very redneck).
