NBD Fender 1988 MIJ Pbass

So I took the dive and got my first Pbass. A Fender 1988 MIJ. I’m curious does anyone have one of these? I’ve heard the Pbass pups from this time for MIJ Basses rum hotter than their US Made counterparts. Any advice anyone can provide. Thanks TB fam

That looks like a real player. Congrats on the bass. I remember being very impressed with the pickups, the one I had definitely out performed other Fender basses from that time period. I remember them being very full and punchy.
