NBD - G&L Tribute LB100 (grape jelly sparkle)

I've had the pleasure of having Marty Bell refinish my 2018 G&L Tribute LB100 bass in "grape jelly sparkle." In addition to the paint job, I've had a custom white pearloid pickguard made by Chandler Music and purchased an EMG PHZ passive white pickup to match. The project turned out great!

Before:

EMG Geezer Pup has been transplanted into another LB100.

After:

Added copper shielding

Shot of the electronics. I zip tied the cables to keep it neat.

Took me a few attempts to get everything lined up. It all fits super snug!

Nice!! That is a gorgeous sparkle finish and the completed project looks fantastic! The G&L Tributes are an outstanding value; I've always thought that they'd make a solid platform for modifications/projects similar to what was done on this bass.

Did you replace all of the electronics (pots, wiring, 1/4" jack, etc.) or did you only replace the pickup?

Thanks! The 3rd picture shows the electronics. Those are from the EMG solderless kit. It was a super easy install.
