Just got this a few days ago, and am really digging it. Tribute LB100 in Natural finish (ash body), with maple board.
This is the all-around best P style bass I have owned. No doubt.
Deep, rich tone, no dead spots that I have found. Feels great. Excellent build quality.

Here's the deal...I had a new Player series MIM Fender Precision, that I initially bragged on pretty well , in this forum.
Granted, it was a nice bass... BUT.. this G&L ate it for breakfast. ..no joke.
The Fender sounded rather dull and thinner by comparison...and it had multiple dead spots on the D and G strings. Just pretty "Meh", in all honesty...so I moved it on along.
The LB100 just sounds like a P bass should, to me. Very pleased! 20181004_021755.jpg

Good to hear! I was looking at these too. So the fit, finish, and sound was better than the MIM Fender?

I would say that the fit and finish is at least a notch or two better, definitely .
Biggest difference is in the sound. The G&L sounds much more resonant, and throaty. Notes are pretty much even, across the neck. The Fender had several dead spots, and just generally sounded a bit anemic.
