Hey TBers,

After 9 months of waiting, my new Kinal is finally done. Mike shipped the bass today and I am supposed to receive it this coming Friday. I can hardly wait! Here are the specs:

Kinal MK5B with PJ pickups
34" scale
24 EVO Gold FW55090 frets
Chambered alder body
Western flame maple top (I got to pick the top from his available choices)
3-piece Roasted Maple/Wenge/Roasted Maple neck with maple pinstripe veneers
Eastern maple fingerboard, lightly flamed
Ebony block inlays
Luminlay side markers
Nordstrand NP5v/NJ5SE pickup set
John East 5-knob Uni-Pre (just released)

Black hardware

Satin finish with custom Sienna-sunburst
