It sounds great, very even response all over the fretboard, and it is easy to play. I like the flatter neck radius. Not like the rest of my basses at all. The four band EQ is very musical and not harsh at all.
Also I love the color. I told the salesman to get whichever bongo was closest and quickest. The promo pics make the Firemist gold look much more bright and yellow. It is actually much more muted and gold. A really
