Went to my local Music Go Round with my son to pick up some drum hardware (yes, he's leaning towards drums and it's my personal goal to make sure he can keep tempo). While there I played a couple of six string Tobias basses which seemed to come from a large lot they bought. Unimpressed, especially at that price. Then I see this Peavey Grind. Always admired the Grind series so I tried it out. Very impressed with the finish and playability. Sounded much better than the Tobias at over twice the price. This one is from Indonesia.
