NBD! Questions on fretboard

Took delivery of a Ritter Roya 5 today and found there's a large crack in the fretboard behind the nut up to the 1st fret (stops there).

The seller didn't exactly hide this crack (the top of it's visible in this pic here: https://images.reverb.com/image/upl...upersize/v1693853123/cc1glq9xksypp0ilkyzj.jpg), but it's not mentioned in the description at all. I just...missed it since it's ebony on a piano-black headstock.

Should I be worried about this?

For posterity: Jens said don't worry about it as long as it doesn't have any fret buzz there (it doesn't)

Ebony is more sensitive to humidity changes than a lot of other woods, and I've seen cracks like that on more than one ebony board. Since it's not in the middle (directly under the truss rod), it is probably not a structural concern, but a good guitar tech would probably be able to fill/seal the crack.
