Just got a MIM Fender Jazz V from fellow TB'er Lamarjones. Thank you much man. She is Midnight Wine in color and oh boy does she growl, plays like a million bucks, and looks beautiful.. Arrived in tune as well. I'm totally stoked.

so the question is.. what should I name her? popular choices from my facebook are listed above

Naming an instrument is an intensely personal experience that can only happen after hours upon hours of continuous playing of that instrument, when your mind starts to wander and you hear a small voice in your head. Before you force yourself to snap out of it, you must take control of the conversation and ask your bass its name - at which point it will do one of two things: disappear in a flash of smoke (meaning you weren't destined to be together), or reply with the most incredibly fitting name that you could have never thought of yourself.
I wish you the best of luck.

My girls.... Mickey - Blondie & Shmitty - so there. I like naming them. Some people have names for me to but TB rules discourage that kind of wording.
