Both of these showed up today. The ATK is a NOS 2016 ATK 810, and the one on the left is an RB999 "Bean bass" from the 80's. Very excited to mess around with both

Hey there Lobster!
I am subscribed to your channel and love watching your reviews, your style and sense of humour, but with all these basses it begs the question, are you a lottery winner?!
Officially jealous now Lob! Especially have a soft spot for a good ATK.
I blew the chance to get a dark stain version a while back for a song. Had to retreat and and lick my wounds. Strangely enough, the one that spoke to me the most was a MIK 305 in natural with a maple board (i think). Boy, that thing sounded huge.
It's the future T40!BTW, I'm LOVING the ATK. I've been trying out MJC Ironworks strings, and put some on the ATK (steels)... This thing is AWESOME. Such versatility with the dual humbucker, really surprised at how much I like this bass.
Let's hope not! (I own 2 of them). I just remember the dark days of T40 when you couldn't get $200 for one. It seemed to me that the most complaints about being "unheralded" where the T40 and the ATK.Does that mean lower prices for T40's?![]()
