I did indeed buy it. It's a fantastic instrument in every way, suits me to the max! I don't have any questions at the moment (just brought it home), but thanks.

Is there any interesting info about it / what did you think of it?

Of all the five string basses I have purchased over the years, this bass is the best...period.

Wonderful open singing quality . Chords sound wonderful. Very warm sounding. Great for any type of musical situation. The neck will never move. (has an adjustment rod) Nice light weight. No dead spots. Even tone from first fret to last.

I purchased this bass new from Mcnight Guitar co. in Chandler.in 2009.
It was a little hard to walk away, but I had my time with it.

^ Thanks! Total agree on the great chord sound and evenness of tone; I likewise noted those qualities in the Zon thread (http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f8/official-zon-club-part-3-a-780510/index31.html). I'm also amazing by the super clarity and definition, a very "musical" sounding axe.

This is such a wunderbar instrument! I'm thankful for the chance to play it.

It's very cool to know the original owner and that it was a local purchase originally. I've never been to Mcnight, I'll have to check them out.
