NBD!!

Well, UPS finally made it to my house at around 6:30, and this is what they brought-

As you can see, I started taking pics after I had already drilled for the PG and straplocks.
Here's the gear I had to drop in-
Gotoh 201 bridge
Rio Grande Vintage P pickups
MIM Fender Jazz neck-

And here's the finished product!

I got the chickenhead knobs on ebay for 3 bucks and the body was in stock at Warmoth for 165. I always wanted a P bass with a Jazz neck and now I've got one of a kind. More pics-

Yeah, it'll get darker but hopefully not by much. By the way, I've swapped necks on production Fender bodies that didn't fit as well as this Warmoth. No sanding, no wiggle room, just perfect.

Oh, and I skipped the three-ply 'guard to give it more of a powertool look, as basic as possible. I might've gone too far with the chickenheads.

The knobs are chrome plated, I'm pretty sure they're plastic underneath, but they have some real weight to them so the sleeve that goes on the post and the set screw are sturdy metal.

The pickguard is Warmoth too. I don't think it'll fit a standard P body though, since the website says they're made specifically for the Warmoth 72 bodies.

That is a nice fit. It is hard (at least in ime) to get one that fits perfct.
