Won't take up too much of your time. Picked up a great playing Mexican Standard Jazz today. Had some store credit, gift cards, and a great deal from a store manager friend of mine. I needed a toss around bass for my wedding gigs (3-4 a week). My '62 Jazz is too delicate to keep bringing out. I'm happy. Fun, great feeling great sounding bass!

Quick pickguard switch from white to shell and I'm ready to rock.

A new Am Standard is next on my list. As I said I needed more of a toss around axe for a little while. And when I saw that the sunburst finish on these new mexi standards were actually quite amazing I had to get it, knowing i had the extra shell pickguard sitting at home!
