NC State College app. stuff

Anyone else doing/done the online NC State application? I have a question, possible more as I finish it up.

First, is the credit hours on the current classes necessary, and if so, what are they? I knew at one time, but I dont remember.

Also, about the ACT. Do most people take the one that has a written part or no?
