What 15's were you using before, and how do the subway 15's compare?

It's been years since I've had the big stuff, but back in the day I had a Sunn 200S and two 2x15 D140 Cabs. There is a difference I hope that I can dial past, and that is the lack of tube warmth. I miss that a lot.

Presently when I play the first few notes through the current setup the first thing that always hits me is "wait a minute, this is sounding 'hard'". Some might say sterile. The Sunn setup was like my first love and that sound and feel may be just a memory.

I'm deviating from you question but I think that missing feel is all in the amp head. I am hoping to find a shop somewhere close by that has a few Subway Cabs with say a Prodigy to hear the difference.

There is no fault I can find in the cabs themselves, they have this "bring it on bro! I have big shoulders." power and volume (should you ever need it) capabilities. These cabs have your back with room to spare. The D140's never let me down but the engineering etc. (see @agedhorse comments) of the newer gear is a gods send to us lowboys. So much better in so many ways.

I'll be looking to other members for ideas as to getting the warmth back, but I have no reservations about the cabs whatsoever.

I've been using two of the 15s with a 12 on top (just like that) in a loud bar band for some time. IMHO, it absolutely kills. Best amp rig I've ever used, and easy enough to cart around.

I can't wait to gig this setup at least once, even if I only need the twelve hehe. Most of the time I expect I'll be using a variation. How often do you use the three at once?

Even though I feel like I took a chance without playing one (the pictured Fender) live, I unpacked it and sat down for a quick noodling and it felt like it was made to fit! The neck is especially comfortable and that was my biggest concern venturing toward a Fender. I had to tune it a bit first off and the gear ration is a huge improvement over my Ibbys. I really like the fact that I can zero in on the frequency without overshooting it again and again.

No nicks, scratches or dings. The paint job is even and I like the color. I'm betting that some usual rubbing wear will produce smooth glossy spots because I have a Gibson LP sixer, (a Goth model passed on to me by my son who has since grown up and now spends more and more of his time flying the corporate sky) that has done that very thing on a matte black paint job.

From the on again off again comments about MIM P basses here, I think I am fortunate to get a very good build.

Pretty much how I feel about mine, the neck was not what I was expecting on a P Bass, I find it extremely comfortable. It really stays in tune too. Great looker and player. I did replace the PG screws with black ones, thanks to a generous TBer.

How often do you use the three at once?

All the time, with my regular band at our regular venue (a loud rock club). I'd be fine with two cabs, really--but it isn't much trouble to bring one more cab, and having more paper cone area means the cabs don't have to work as hard.
