NCD Tyrant Tone 15

A couple months ago I was on the hunt for a really nice stand alone 15in cab. Every now and then I would see some pictures of Tyrant Tone cabs on Instagram pop up and I always thought they looked cool so I decided to inquire about their cabs through email. The owner Sean got back with me with a detailed response on what he thought would be a good fit for the cabinet I was looking for. I ordered a cabinet with a 15in Eminence Kappalite and requested the cab to be stained American walnut with a vintage oxblood grill. About 2 months later the cab was delivered today. It was packed extremely well to withstand any potential damage that could occur in shipping. Arrived flawless. Been playing it this evening and it sounds as good as it looks. Has so much clarity and punch and doesn’t break a sweat with my abm 600. I think this may be my favorite cab I’ve ever played. I’ve had previous bad luck with other small builders with their cabs showing up damaged or having weird vibrating issues so it was nice to have this experience with Sean at Tyrant Tone go flawless.
