Just picked up a used Marshall 1960B cabinet. In like new condition! Sounds sweet with my Marshall 1992LEM SuperBass. I have full intention to remove the Celestion G12T-75 speakers and install some vintage Celestion G12H speakers (bass speakers) I have to complete my Marshall SuperBass rig!

Midrange and grind! but not a lot of headroom! Great crunchy tones that cut!

The G12H speakers sound fantastic and will let me run the cab at 8 ohms, so I can run both 412s.

Most, if not all, of the vintage G12H drivers I’ve come across were 16Ω. My Marshall 4x12 was certainly a 16Ω cabinet.

Mine are 8 ohm. You can see that in the picture, and the 412 in the picture of my stack is a JCM 800 bass series 412 that is 8 ohms as well. It has the same G12H speakers.
